So we talked about the best presentation app to use. We did a lot this week. First we saw a presentation talking about different apps and how to choose them. Then we read an article separately and we had to annotate and talk about how the article evaluates the different apps. Then we had to choose an app and evaluate that app. Then we talked in our teams which app was the best.
We chose our criteria because the criteria we chose makes sense to prove which app is the best. I chose to test drive Explain Everything because that is the app I know best. Explain everything was pleasing to the eye because it had good graphics. It also had some tools to edit the presentation. It is easy to save to the iPad, export and use. It only has 3 different color backgrounds and the same type of template. Here is my PRESENTATION
We just talked about what makes a good app. Then we just agree on some things that the app needs to make it good. They liked it except that the transitions were kinda sucky. When I saw the final rankings I was surprised that Google slides was last but at the same time that keynote was first. I probably will use the top rated app in the future because I like PowerPoint and keynote too. I learned that people have different expectations.
