English class has been challenging these past 2 years many of the things we do you have study or their is a great chance you might fail. Im writing this blog post to prepare for upcoming portfolio night. The assingnments I choose were my performance task from last year about water and this year from the narritive. I picked them because I wanted to compare how well I did in both.

For this artifact I was suppose to write about an argumentative essay of which is better bottled or tap water. As you can see I didn’t get many errors only that I include words that weren’t supposed to be their a part from that everything else was fine. The essay conects to me being Gloval and Civic Minded. Because I can improve the community by saying that tap is better than bottled water.

For this assignment Flowers of Algernon Blog Post I had to show similarities between the story and something that could happen in real life. The only flaw I think I had was the providing bad examples or make the better other than that I did good on my blog post. This makes me a critical thinker because I can make similarities between real life and stories.

As a writer I have improved a little bit more just by getting fewer mistakes overall from punctuation to stating evidence or my main claim. The weakness I still have in English is my grammer and I hope to get better at spelling in high school.
