The westward expansion caused a lot of disagreement. This expansion is what started the Trial of Tears according to Document F. And what this is, its when the cherokee got kicked out of their homes, they were forced to go to what is now Oklahoma. And this act is called the Indian Removle Act because a lot of people got sick in the way to their new homes. And the westward expansion ended up impacting the Native Americans in a really bad way. I know this because in document E a girl from the cherokee wrote a letter about how the lifes of the cherokee were. She said that people started to die once it got really cold, and once they started to run out of food. Finally in document C theres a map were it show where some indians came from. There was indians who came from what is now Calornia. This long trip was what cause a lot of indians to die while they went to Oklahoma.
